    Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept product returns. If you would like to submit a claim due to damaged or defective product, please contact our team at customerservice@kindsnacks.com immediately upon receipt of your order.     When purchasing directly from kindsnacks.com, you’ll receive product with a best by date is at least 4 months from the date of purchase.

  • why doesn't my store carry my favorite flavor?

    If your store doesn’t carry your favorite flavor, we recommend that you request it through the store manager. Please also feel free to provide us with the store and location, so that we might forward this on to our sales team for further investigation. And remember, you can always order from kindsnacks.com!


  • KIND Bark, KIND Frozen, and KIND Nut Butter Bars look delicious! I see they aren’t available on kindsnacks.com - where can I find them?

    Look for these items at your grocery store! KIND Bark is typically shelved with other premium dark chocolate, KIND Frozen can be found in the freezer aisle and KIND Nut Butter Bars are in the refrigerated aisle.
