what is the KIND Rewards program?

The KIND Rewards program allows you to earn points when shopping on kindsnacks.com while logged into your kindsnacks.com account that can be redeemed for discounts on future site purchases.

how do I join the program?

You can join the program by logging into your existing kindsnacks.com or creating a kindsnacks.com account here.

how do I earn points?

You can earn points in the following ways:

  • Earn 15 points when you create a kindsnacks.com account. If you already had a kindsnacks.com account when the program launched on 9/30/20, these points have already been added to your balance. This reward can only be earned once.
  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on kindsnacks.com, after discounts and before shipping and taxes
  • Earn 50 points for making 3 purchases of $25 or more, after discounts and before shipping and taxes
  • Earn 25 Points for signing up for KIND marketing emails. If you already were subscribed to marketing emails when the program launched on 9/30/20, these points have already been added to your balance. This reward can only be earned once.
  • are there any exclusions to the program?

    Purchases made outside of kindsnacks.com, purchases made on wholesale.kindsnacks.com, and orders shipped to an address outside of the United States or the U.S. Virgin Islands are not eligible to earn points.

    Points redemption discounts can only be applied to orders placed at checkout and cannot be applied to recurring subscription orders.

    what happens to my points if items in my order are cancelled or refunded?

    If items in an order are cancelled or refunded, the points earned for those items will be deducted from your points balance. This can result in a negative points balance.

    how do I redeem points?

    When you’ve earned at least 100 points, you can redeem your 100 points for a $5 discount coupon to be used at kindsnacks.com. Points can be redeemed for discounts at the following tiers:

  • 100 points = $5 off
  • 200 points = $10 off
  • 300 points = $15 off
  • 400 points = $20 off
  • To redeem your points, log into your account and proceed to checkout. At checkout, you can select your desired redemption tier from the Rewards dropdown. The discount will automatically be applied to your order.

    If you do not complete your order and would like to use your discount at another time, you can find your discount coupon by logged into your account and clicking the Rewards History button on your account page or on the Rewards page.

    how do I view my points balance?

    You can view your points balance by logged into your account and going to your account page or on the Rewards page.

    do points expire?

    If you have not earned or redeemed points in 12 months, your points will expire due to inactivity. For example, if you earned points in January 2019, but did not earn or redeem points for 12 months, your January 2019 points would expire in February 2020.

    are there any limitations to the number of points I can redeem?

    You cannot redeem multiple discount codes for the same discount tier amount within the same order. For example, if you’ve already applied a $5 off discount to an order, you cannot apply another $5 off discount. However, you can apply discounts from the other tiers ($10 off, $15 off, $20 off).

    can points redemption discounts be combined with other offers?

    Points redemption discounts can be combined with other offers.

    Can points be transferred for an order placed as a guest or from a different account?

    Program memberships cannot be merged, and points cannot be transferred between membership accounts.
